The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and features a legend detailing various areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
